Chapter 1657 - 572: The Fiend Demon Breaks Free (3)

This situation was clearly unexpected for both of them.

They originally thought that if any special situation occurred, it would be the Fiend Demon breaking out of the seal and then battling them inside the Floating City. However, now the situation is that the Fiend Demon has actually left?

This...

Haleem immediately grabbed the endoscope to check, while Moria promptly used the porthole to observe the direction of the Evil Qi.

”An unexpected event occurred! The Fiend Demon really escaped!”

Haleem appeared a bit lost. Earlier, he even doubted whether Lord Rein was overly concerned. But judging by the current situation, Lord Reinʼs judgment from the Steel Throne was indeed foresighted.

”Not good, Crown Haleem, the Fiend Demonʼs flying direction seems to be towards the Imperial City!”

Moriaʼs eyes were fixed on the large mass of black-gray Evil Qi rapidly moving away outside the porthole, and his face turned pale as he exclaimed.

”Damn it! Is there still some kind of connection or sensing between the Fiend Demons despite being so far apart?”

”Hurry! Immediately inform Lord Rein from the Steel Throne! Immediately inform Prince Menia!”

Haleem urgently called out.

...

Meanwhile.

Above Imperial City Tamriel.

Menia had just launched a Flame Strike to blow away a Griffin Knight tainted by evil, and her beautiful eyes turned to Rein, who was suppressing the Fiend Demon in the battle, feeling steadied.

”Great! Although the Fiend Demon cannot be completely destroyed, Rein can fully suppress them, which means the victory of this battle is almost certain.”

But at this moment, the communication mark on the chest of her red Wizard Robe suddenly began to flash violently.

With a point from Meniaʼs slender hand, an anxious female voice urgently said:

”Prince Menia, urgent news from the Floating City, the Fiend Demon from the bottom seal has broken free and is now rapidly flying towards Imperial City Tamriel!”

”What!” Meniaʼs dignified and graceful face showed a lapse for the first time after the battle began!

”Why not inform Rein at the Throne!”

”Already informed, but Rein at the Throne seems not to be answering!”

Of course, facing such an intense battle, Rein could hardly be distracted by an uncertainly important communication.

”Not good! Must immediately inform Rein of this situation,” Menia thought to herself.

But before she could notify, a large mass of black-gray mist suddenly, almost quickly, came from the distant sky up close.

The black-gray mist cunningly made a curve, suddenly attacking from behind Rein!

”Rein, watch out!” Menia shouted!

Reinʼs mind was also sounding strong alarms, instantly exerting ʼShadow Shiftingʼ, and flashed to the other side in mid-air.

Meanwhile, the heroic Goddess Matilda, draped in classical battle armor and wearing a Cock Crown Mask Helmet, suddenly appeared at Reinʼs original location, and fiercely launched a dazzling blue energy spear towards the newly appearing mass of Evil Qi!

”Go!”

Even though Goddess Matilda had not received a transmission from Rein, she still decided to take action this time.

After all, the situation has changed dramatically now!

The second Fiend Demonʼs appearance posed a great crisis to ally Rein.

”Two Fiend Demons?!”

”Itʼs the one from the Floating City.” Rein squinted his eyes slightly, his heart sinking!

The worst-case scenario has happened.

He tried his best to avoid the encounter of two Fiend Demons.

Even decided to keep the Floating City at a distant Shirendil Plateau and not use it during this battle.

But plans couldnʼt keep up with changes, and the situation was beyond his complete control, suddenly taking the worst turn.
