Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

Survival on the Grassland“That’s it.”

Lin Feng nodded, looking at the flames burning on the sword. At this moment, he suddenly noticed a small, not-so-obvious protrusion at the bottom of the greatsword’s hilt.

With a press of his hand, the flames on the sword instantly vanished.

Another press brought them back.

“Hmm? Is this how it works?”

Scratching his head, Lin Feng turned off the flames and hung the sword on the wall.

...........

After a good night’s sleep, Lin Feng slowly woke up.

He checked the time: eleven in the morning.

This time he woke up earlier than the system, which was pretty good.

After eating some instant food, the system’s prompt sounded.

“Ding, the floor the Host is about to enter is a Survival Floor. The destination is a grassland. Please, Host, survive for 7 days in this location without carrying any items. After seven days, you may leave the floor. Upon completion, the Host will receive a 7-day vacation.”

“Ding, this floor contains some dangerous creatures. Please, Host, be aware. Reminder: No items may be carried into this floor, and entry cannot be refused.”

.....

“Another vacation?”

And this time, it also required Lin Feng to complete a Survival Floor.

Although Lin Feng could use the Ignore Rules Card to bring equipment in and treat it like a vacation, Lin Feng wanted to try to use this Ignore Rules Card when he returned to Blue Star.

After all, Blue Star was very dangerous now, and it would be best if he could bring some life-saving items back.

“Ding dong! The Elevator is descending. Please hold on tight.”

......

After the door opened, Lin Feng was slowly pushed out by a force.

This time was more humane; at least it didn’t strip him of his clothes.

You know, last time, Lin Feng was only left with his underwear!

In fact, with Lin Feng’s current attributes, survival held no difficulty for him. With a speed more than seven times that of a normal person and the strength to kill a cow with one punch—

And he still needed to survive? He would just start eating!

The grassland terrain was relatively flat, allowing him to see far into the distance. Besides large expanses of grass, there were also a few scattered trees.

In addition, there were quite a few animals on the grassland. For example, not far in front of Lin Feng, there was a rabbit hole.

However, catching the rabbits inside wouldn’t be so simple. If he had fire, Lin Feng could find all the holes and smoke the rabbits out.

But the air here was a bit humid, likely from a recent heavy rain, which made starting a fire difficult under these conditions.

So, this task would have to wait. He would first collect some dry grass, and once the sun came out, drying it should make it usable as tinder.

There were many rabbit holes on the grassland; he didn’t need this particular one. After giving up on this rabbit hole, Lin Feng continued to walk forward.

As he walked, he also collected usable items. His jacket became a makeshift satchel, tied to his body, and it proved quite effective for carrying things.

After walking for about two hours, the sun finally came out, and the air gradually became hot and humid.

Soon, Lin Feng started sweating a lot.

His clothes stuck to his skin, which was incredibly uncomfortable.

Looking at the big sun directly overhead, Lin Feng wove the collected dry grass into a simple hat and placed it on his head. This way, he could dry the grass as he walked.

The most urgent task now was to find a stable source of fresh water.
