Wilderness:

2 hours later,

Growl!

Jeremy continues his walk towards the site. He thought it was going to be a smooth journey, but before he could arrive at the site.

Growl!

He hears a growling sound from a distance. The next moment, he paused his footsteps. Jeremy raised his head and looked ahead.

He uses his eyes. Then he zoomed in to find out what’s going on. There is a group of four-legged beasts resting under the tree.

What caught his attention? Some of the Corrupted beasts looked skinny. They appeared to be extremely hungry.

He is going to walk past them. If they tried to harm him, he would fight. As he got closer he found out that the Beasts were Tier-4 Corrupted Beasts.

It’s because of their skinny body. They appeared to be weak. Someone could possibly mistake them for Tier-3 Corrupted Beasts.

Growl!

The Tier-4 four-legged Wild Dogs were over 6 ft in height. Its length is a little bit over 6ft. Its head is larger than a human head.

The wild dog beast can easily cut off the Beast Tamer’s head. Right now, there are four wild dog beasts. Upon seeing someone approaching their place they got alerted.

Growl!

Four of them stood up and started to growl at the enemy. The four wild dog beasts are ravenous.

Shortly afterwards,

Their alertness disappeared. Because they saw only one enemy in front of them. It’s a good chance for them to get food.

On the other hand, Jeremy unsheathed his sword. He is going to have a real fight by using a blade. Since Captain Sinag was not here.

He can act freely. A good idea comes to his mind. He has been practising the new blade technique. This could be an opportunity to get real-time experience.

Swoosh!

One of the wild dogs charges towards him. In a flash, it appears before him with a wide-open mouth.

Jeremy then circulates the starlight energy. Before the huge mouth could bite his neck off. He evades the attack by side-stepping.

At the same time, his sharp-edged blade was covered with new starlight energy.

Boom!

The wild dog struck the empty ground. The dust rose from the ground.

By using the opportunity, Jeremy executed the new blade move. He follows the footwork in that technique before drawing a blade.

Swoosh!

His body moves in an S-shape. The blade was under his control. It moves swiftly with precise control. In a flash, the blade slices through the neck of the beast.

Cut!

The starlight energy felt no resistance. With the new blade technique, the blade went beyond before almost severing the head.

Jeremy thought that without armour it could have been better. But he has no time to complain.

Pfff!

While a torrent of blood gushes forth from the wound. Jeremy didn’t give any more chances. He again moved his body to cleave the remaining half.

Pfff!

The blade went in an arc before cutting the other part of the neck. The blade smoothly went downward before the decapitated head dropped to the ground.

Swoosh!

It all happened within a minute. The other four wild dogs were shocked. Before he could do anything, they fled from the place.

Seeing that Jeremy was stunned. If it were other beasts, they would continue to attack him. But the Tier-4 Corrupted beasts and above are quite intelligent.

They must have had frequent contact with beast tamers. That’s why they fled without hesitation. Jeremy then turned towards the corpse.

It went better than he had thought. He had an issue with the armour suit while moving. But in the end, he was able to kill the beasts.

It was all thanks to the new blade technique. It has good footwork and blade strike. While performing the new blade technique, he felt a lot more control.

Like he could withdraw the attack at any moment. But it was not the case with the ”Triple Rapid Cuts.”

The previous attack technique was based on consecutive strikes. It’s all random, you can target any part of the enemy.

But the new blade technique made him feel different. Since it was under his control, he could perform a precise strike.

Jeremy can’t wait to reach the skill level of intermediate and other stages. He feels it would be different like eye ability and starlight ability.

He could kill anyone with a sudden strike. It would be a killer move.

No wonder, the blade technique is called silence. The creator of the technique focused on control and precision strike.

The blade movement was smooth. If he reduces one or two steps in the footwork.

He could even perform consecutive strikes. Then he shook his head before pushing down the thoughts.

There is no need to experiment with a new technique unless his skill becomes Advanced.
